It’s been a very long time since we’ve had any news for you but let me assure you we’re still beavering away in the background.
There are many unannounced projects on the go, including the brand new British locomotive that we aimed to release this summer – that’s still in development but we’re experiencing delays on the sounds and scripting side of things as it’s proven difficult to get the right people’s schedules to line up! We will be recording the locomotive in question thanks to an owner of a preserved example and in cooperation with an outstanding and hugely experienced locomotive sound professional. Our scripter on the project will also be attending a running day with the locomotive to have the chance to properly observe and record the behaviours of all elements of the locomotive and discuss its operation with the owner. When we’ve gotten over this hurdle we’ll hopefully be able to start showing you what it’s all about…. it’ll be worth the wait!
There are also other freeware and payware projects in various stages of development, and we are able to consider genuine, serious interest in commission work. We will give you the clue that a number of projects upcoming are not standard gauge….. (but not all of them!) We are excited to be working with some new partners on some of our latest projects.
